Christopher M. Topping, President

Mr. Topping is the Chief Operation Officer and President who provides the company oversight. He is committed to cost-effective management of resources and quality performance. Topping is an experienced executive, specializing in corporate development and strategic planning.

Topping manages seafood operations including farming and processing operations and quality control. Topping oversees the human resources development program. He successfully launched a well-received program for professional development program for Clamtastic staff, mentored and coached employees resulting in customer satisfaction and a 12% increase in productivity. Mr. Topping has 15 years of experience in the aquaculture industry.

Anthony L. Hinkle, Vice President

Mr. Hinkle, the Vice President of Clamtastic Seafood, is committed to cost-effective management of resources and quality performance. Hinkle is an accomplished executive and has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to deliver mission critical results.

Hinkle's core accomplishments at Clamtastic Seafood include designing, building, and managing the bivalve hatchery and nursery operations. Hinkle has also spearheaded the acquisition of a competing company, as well as establishing and managing partner relationships on a daily basis.

Michael D. Beckham, Farm Operation Manager

Michael D. Beckham is the farm operation manager at Clamtastic Seafood. In the industry as a commercial fisherman for over 15 years, Mr. Beckham currently oversees the crew that plants and pulls hard clams. Mr. Beckham is very experienced in the field of clam farming, and provides his insight to the rest of the team.

William Harris, Clam Processing Manager

William Harris is the clam processing manager at Clamtastic Seafood. He has three years of experience in clam processing, and two years of experience as a clam processing manager in which he was working with a water crew pulling clams.

Mr. Harris is a hardworking, multi-tasking problem solver, and prides himself in his skill in operating boats. In his free time, Mr. Harris enjoys co-ed softball, spending time with his family, and boating.

Ashley Hinkle, Senior Accountant

Ashley Hinkle is an experienced bookkeeper and human resource (HR) specialist with a wide range of expertise in employee recruitment, benefits and compensation, records management, policies development, and legal compliance. She is versed in writing personnel manuals, corporate policies, job descriptions, and management reports. Since joining Clamtastic in 2004, she has run the full spectrum of HR operations and maintains all aspects of the company bookkeeping.

Ashley Hinkle brings a wealth of experience to Clamtastic having worked for Nephrology Associates of North Central Florida in Gainesville as a Bookkeeper/Human Resources for 5 years and as a personnel assistant for 2 for Kennesaw state University

Kathryn Sweeny, Executive Administrative Assistant

Kathryn Sweeny, the executive administrative assistant at Clamtastic Seafood, offers versatile office management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs. After joining the Clamtastic Seafood team in 2007, she has handled multifaceted clerical tasks as the assistant to the administrators and bookkeepers.

By helping to coordinate logistic arrangements, maintain databases, and communicate effectively with multiple departments, Kathryn ensures the delivery of premium service and product to customers. Because of this, Kathryn quickly became recognized as a trusted assistant with a “can-do” attitude, flexibility, and high quality work.
